Psychologists Karlis Osis and Erlendur Haraldsson wrote of a man who died in a hospital in Connecticut the day after his sister’s death in Ohio. Before expiring, he mentioned seeing his sister Mary in his hospital room, although he did not know that she was dead.

The good side of us is our spiritual true identity. The bad side of us is our ego; our false self which can be let go, because it is not real; allowing us through our choosing, to be simply spirit. This is what is termed as enlightenment, or awakening and happens while we are still believing we are a body. Thank you for expressing this in your NDE experience.

When he's talking about his Grandpa Russ being split and one part weak and curled up, it sounded like the scene in Harry Potter when he splits from Voldemort at King's Cross Station. It also sounds like the old story going around of feeding the good wolf or bad wolf.

This one kinda sounds similar to when people take strong drugs. I don’t mean that in a negative way, it just reminds me of one of those bad “trips” people might get from DMT. Maybe his was like this because he wasn’t dying but his soul/mind was escaping from pain? He stayed on earth the whole time so it’s not like those whose heart stopped.

I’m still not sure what I think about Elara Vance arche type quiz. Some parts felt obvious and other parts were strangely specific. I’m making my friend do it now too.

Trouble is NDEs can be vastly different . Makes me wonder if it’s just imagination .
I’m on the fence.

To all of my fellow health nuts:
Weightlifting is great, BUT...you want to also add some stretching (yoga, etc.). If your hips and back are too tight, you set up a situation that is ripe for back pain.
