He doesn't just maim you, he also makes sure you won't have any children seeking to avenge you. It's very efficient.

The monk is just showing a lot of ways he can help you sit down

I have personally trained with this monk at that temple. He was my favorite because he was so patient, always singing, and always in a good mood.

I studied martial arts in Taipei Taiwan and in mainland China. All of the teachers that I’ve had did not even ask me for money they were very good people

It’s so amazing to see. It’s like his whole body is in rhythm. Perfectly calculated and controlled movement and force.

the speciality of shaolin monks were they will keep smiling at you while destroying your bones

I'm in awe, not just seeing him demonstrate the form so neatly, but the care he takes to make sure you don't get hurt in the process, just incredible

many groins died to get us this footage.

A Monk who has trained wing chun for many years gives a demonstration of some moves to a willing participant in a very calm and controlled manner so you can easily see what's happening. People in the comments 'doesn't work, any high school wrestler could beat him up...'
Whats wrong with just respecting the culture and enjoying the demonstration??
