I'm excited to see how the future comes with these standalone mods. I can't wait to see the new Wolfenstein games work this way in the future!

Crazy how VR makes EVERY game better (for me at least.)  Just finished Bioshock Trilogy in VR ... games I thought were merely decent before but never adored.  They are absolutely exceptional in VR!!  Exploring an underwater kingdom is absolutely breathtaking!!! Now im playing Metroid Prime in VR and it (again), elevates the entire experience! It now playes like a native VR game with snap turning, 4K visuals and motion controlled arm canon. These mods are a childhood dream come true!!!
EDIT ... just downloaded something called MultiverseVRHub.  Your fave  N64 games in VR.  Just tried it and it plays great and you can change camera to any view you want including 1st person in all games.. now as well as Samus and Link, I can be 1st person Banjo, Mario, Diddy Kong, Captain Falcon, Toad (MK64) and Fox McLeod as well ... The N64 games included with the app work flawlessly.  Playing Starfox, Banjo, Mario 64 as little VR dioramas feels like the way they were made to be played!!!   Goldeneye coming up soon.  Can't wait!!!

Real vr fishing opens your eyes to how graphics can be top quality in vr gaming especially the upgrade in the new dlc

I can't fathom what I just seen displayed. Fucking incredible 😲

my body wasnt ready for this video

shoutout to flat2vr (been hooked on roboquest standalone). i feel like theyve played a big part in pushing this idea into a reality. It's something VR has been needing. it just makes sense to not have to completely re-create a whole new game when there are hundreds of great VR-potential games out there. Plus, you get the nostalgia factor with the awe of being actually in the worlds you grew up knowing. all those games that were on n64 and ps1 could easily be ran on the quest 3. even plenty ps2 and xbox games could im sure

I think this really showcase the skills lost with games. If devs started a vr game from the point of a n64 or ps2 then scale up after we would have full deep games. They can worry about photorealism later once the core is build.

Can't wait for 1994's Ultima VIII - Pagan to get released in VR.

My dreams is Thief the dark project (Remastered?) and Dishonored

It's amazing because the early Dr Beef mods for Doom and other games is what made me keep my Quest. Now these kids have completely blown the lid off of everything.

My absolute favorite thing to play right now is contractors VR with the clone troopers mod.

I also still really just love playing that game with the standard loadout options. Full manual reload in that game is great.

There are so many random retro games I wish I could play in VR

Years ago before my quest headset I would play mobile games on Google cardboard and it was amazing, mobile chipsets can handle vr easily

I love seeing my UT99 mod featured here, thanks for the shoutout!

Great job man :)

Morrowind and Elite Force native on the Q3 would be stunning.

Perfect Dark n64 VR is my favorite

Love what the Modders are doing

I really wish Meta and Rockstar would hire the gTa modder and just sell it in the meta store instead of having to jump through a bunch hoops to get it to work. It’s like they don’t like money lol

It amazes me that these big studios don’t put a few developers on these games and relaunch a new version in VR.
