飽きもきて、他も走ってみたいと思っていたので、大変参考になりました。
もちろん実際に走るのと違うが景色確認なら映像で良いし、補給は冷蔵庫から直ぐ取れる、事故の心配もなく安全、嫌なら直ぐに辞められるから週末は昼休憩挟みながら6時間ほどフィットネスとして楽しんでます。
