We don’t even get a patch to play bloodborne at 60fps on the ps5. We don’t ask for a remake, remaster or sequel, but a meager patch to play it with better performance.

And they had the audacity to put a Bloodborne reference in Astro Bot

"Sony isnt stupid". Man, that didnt last a day.

Dude we WON'T get a Bloodborne 2.
If you know Miyazaki's way, you KNOW it's not happening.
Bloodborne is his favourite game in his own words, so I'm pretty sure he does not want to mess it.

i beat the game with that cane I'll not have you badmouthing her.

It's ok bro, it's ok. We're at peace with the fact that we're never getting a Bloodborne sequel, it's ok

One of gamings greatest tragedies is that Bloodborne was rushed during the late stages of development. According to Miyzaki himself, we only ever got to see about 70% of what the game was supposed and intended to be.

Also, Miyazaki considers Bloodborne his magnum opus and implied multiple times that he won't make a second one.
Although that being said; he did also tell Sony to not let any other games company than FromSoft do a re-make of Bloodborne because he wants to do it himself.

It came out that Bluepoint wanted to do a remaster/remake of Bloodborne and Sony approved it. But to not cause bad blood. They asked Miazaki and he said he didnt want anyone else touching the game but him. So they canceled the remake.

Because Bloodborne's story is told. It doesn't need a sequel. A remake with more content, perhaps. But not a sequel.

Persistence in that context was probably talking about persistence to beat a boss.

The algorithm recommended this video to me and I couldn't be happier about that. Subscribed!

welp, im replaying the game for the 159th time now

I’ve been playing bloodborne for 9 years now and have never gotten bored of it. I have roughly 700+ hours in the game

Lance McDonald was my GUY after I beat Bloodborne. Found out so much other stuff from him.

Miyazaki never wanted to make a sequel for any game.
And I couldn't agree more. Pour your whole heart in to one game, and then move on to the next

Legit one of the best games EVER made imo. It's probably just me, but I would pay GTA VI money for a PC port...

DS2 slander will not be tolerated

Crazy how very soon the best way to experience bloodborne will be through pc emulation. Most people arent acquiring the game in a legit way and its completly avoidable by sony if they just make a pc port.

I don't want a Bloodborne 2, and I doubt Miyazaki does either. He didn't want there to be a Dark Souls 2. He said there's not going to be an Elden Ring 2. Honestly, Bloodborne's story has been told; I can't even imagine what a sequel would do that the first didn't already do perfectly.

i’d settle for a spiritual successor & a steam port

edit: sony dropping an anniversary vinyl did feel like a kick to the teeth
