If you are curious, the thing Ntouskos does at the catch to correct his position is a consequence of how much rotation he got during the rock over. When he gets to the catch the legs naturally push his chest up, since the hip are completely antiverted, making the blade drop almost at the maximum length. It is tipical Italian rowing technique, Neapolitan school from Gianni Postiglione, his coach.

Great as always, this format is pretty cool. Like how clearly you can explain technique breakdowns. And the bullet points for a good technique are just repeating all over again in your videos so definitely will stick.
