10:11 when the super glue is dried up, i use black magic to adjust the wire length

This was my first model... A red and grey Matchbox that my brother gave to me as a gift in my birthday number five. 45 years later I have a room devoted to this wonderful hobby... Greetings from Chile🇨🇱

I serviced hundreds of piston and jet powered aircraft when I was a USAF fueler back in the '70s. Not one of them looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. I've also done some modeling in my time but none of it would compare with what this young man does. It all depends on the desire for realism.

Plasmo, you add weathering to everything
I swear if you make a dog you'll add weathering to it

Good to see airfix getting some recognition

Dear Sir

Doesn't matter how many times I watch this video I am  mesmerised by  the way the appearant sheer simplicity of the build masks such a high level of skill and ability.

In truth there is no simplicity at all just raw talent carries all before it. It is such a joy to watch a true master at work

Yours faithfully

Amazing use of the soldering iron to tension the rigging. What a beautiful build you did here, well done!

I love the way you casually do stuff that I would slave hours over. You are a Maestro!

Hey David, could you explain (or maybe make a video) the difference between different glues and cements? Revell, Mr Cement, etc. You seem to use several in each model you make...

What a stunning result you achieved on your Gladiator! Thank you for the great video showing every step of your build process. I enjoyed it immensely.

always a joy to watch your work

Great music choice - better than the heavy metal, classical or eurodisco stuff you usually get on modelling videos

I have very fond memories of this kit in its original form, it came in a plastic bag. I built this in 1965 or 1966, and was one of my first plastic kits.
It's good to see it again, and built so well.

Superb, as usual.  You're the man plasmo!

As always David, a fantastic build and video, thanks for sharing.

really a work of art, well done.

As always another excellent video 👍🏻

As always David, great project and video, thanks for sharing.

Looks great, as always!
