Being the only child/caretaker for my mom who has dementia AINT FOR THE WEAK!! I cry and pray often. I just need  a looong break! I’ll be transitioning her to assisted living after the new year but it seems soooo far away. I’m tired physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Help me Jesus! Breathe on me God! 😭😭😭😭🙌🏾🙏🏾
