The psychology to understand the boys needed to watch the game on their own to fully express how they feel, is the sign of a true LEADER. Not manager but a LEADER.

I never thought we would have another coach who loved Arsenal as much as Arsene Wenger. Mikel Artea has Arsenel in his veins. We are blessed to have him.

To have your child running to you to let you know you have won your first ever title is the best thing ever. How can anyone not like this man. He wears his heart on his slleeves on the touchline and when he speaks. Mikel , you deserve this mate, and those haters should really be ashamed of themselves.

He is Arsenal’s father now.
He is an eternal.
Immortal.

Interviewer did a fantastic job with this btw. Went with the flow and got Mikel to really open up. Very emotional but also very interesting insights from Arteta.

Give him his flowers, he went through the dirt but he did what he said he was going to do. You have to respect him for that!

From a Leeds fan massive congratulations to arsenal and what a job Arteta has done.....top top manager. Your board deserves a lot of credit too sticking with him in the early seasons. I'm sure now you've done it the football next season will be more free flowing.

How Sky and the media led a witch hunt on this man is criminal, what a man and what a manager

@OpenMindAudio 4 months ago

That was a damn smart move to let them celebrate on their own. Psychologically, this will bring the team even closer together, make them feel stronger without him, and push every player to give even more for each other.

This is an emotional interview, wow. Kudos Arteta

To think there were absolute nutcases in our fanbase who wanted him gone. Arteta has been immense in turning this great club around and deserves all his plaudits.

Mikel Arteta didn’t just coach a football team, he rebuilt a culture. Elite psychology, relentless discipline, and a deep emotional connection to both football and Arsenal. He understood that raising standards wasn’t about tactics alone, it was about changing mindsets. He connected players, staff and supporters under one identity. Before rebuilding a team, he rebuilt belief. 22 long years waiting for this moment. Mikel, I love you. ❤️🤍

Man United fan here, I was one who thought u would bottle it again, delighted u got over the line, a proper club with proper history/fans, quite emotional to hear how u saw the finale, lovely send off for pep :)

What player wouldn't want to play for this manager? What a man.

Hats off for acknowledging Edu of being a part of the decision-making to bring Arteta in. Even though the breakdown in their relationship happened, he still gave him a verbal nod. Absolute class.

The fact that he had to let them watch the match on their own so they can process their emotion and react the way they want is about incredible. Top coach, top leader.
