Mourinho reminds me of someone talking to soldiers
Arteta reminds me of a professor talking to students

The passion Mikel has for Arsenal is on another level

mikel has a unique way of team talks beacause he himself knows the feelings both are great manager (in terms of motivation and team talks)

You can see and feel the dedication of Mikel. He’s ready to bleed for the team and this why those clowns who called for his head should be ashamed of themselves.

Mourinho Master Of The Dark Arts! 😂

Arteta is more like a Professor in his team talks and teachings.

Arteta's team talks are very philosophical. Almost as if he's a teacher or a lecturer. If you listen carefully, it's almost as if he is trying to create a vision for not only his players to be aligned on the same page but also he is interested in enhancing the personal and player development of the person. The presentation he did on identity is a good point to reference here.

If you listen carefully to his analogy of the light bulb, a bulb traditionally can not shine without electricity. The players are the ones who generate electricity, and this energy is transmitted to other players who shine and in turn transmit this energy to others and so the light (performances) shine brighter which is complemented by the energy of the crowd who gives additional energy to help brighten the light. This is why the Emirates atmosphere has become quite electric during Arteta's tenure. He is reinforcing that collectively we shine brighter, individually we are dim. In other words, a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link

If you listen carefully as well to some of his phrases: "Everytime I lose a duel I get angry"; "This is not good enough." Which reinforces the principle of continuous learning.

Lastly, just to bundle it all up, Arteta literally exudes of one who is a staunch believer in stoicism. Remember, stoicism teaches us to focus on the things we can control—our character, thoughts, emotions, and actions—while accepting the things we cannot, such as the actions of others or the natural course of events going on in the world around us. If you listen to what he was saying to Granit, you'd understand that what he said was on the basis of controlling his emotions. If you listen to how he spoke to his team, it's always about building that character of ambition. If you listen to his team talks, you can see that when he is explaining his tactics (or readjustments) it's always about an action that should be done

When I lose a duel, I'm upset.

Mourinho is a coach, Mikel is a motivational speaker....
Mou has always been right, "good guys don't win"  and that's what Tottenham are going through till this day

Mourinho's locker room talk, which he says he knows everything about how this game will be done, is really good to watch again. If this is a war, you have to understand exactly the weaknesses of your opponent and my team.

Arteta is energetic, creator, physician etc...❤

Id probably be that guy who would control my laugh listening to arteta anger moments 😂

Who else is coming here after Arsenal destroys Sheffield United 6-0 and feels he just found the reason behind that performance?

Watching Mourinho break down his tactics is always a masterclass 🔥. Love how he combines passion with that killer mentality—truly a genius at getting inside the heads of his players and opponents alike!

Omo..these arsenal team don suffer years back. Im glad things are getting better now. Mikel has brought back energy, passion and determination to arsenal

When Arteta mentioned the lightbulb, the light in Cedric Soares' head clearly went out.

Mourinho is a legend and one of the greatest ever managers.

A wise man once said,”everyone sit down, nobody talk”.

Credit where credit is due. Arteta is actually still relatively early in his managerial career but he is able to get his players running through brick walls for him. A few trophies may have alluded him so far but he isn't far away from achieving it.

mourinho does it better, mikel is so kind to be a coach
