"You look like linebackers"....... He looks like two linebackers

20:47 I cracked up when he said he is starving🤣. This man is insane.

Bro is going all in. RIP Devan ciplenkashvilli

I always thought it was funny/interesting how Brian uses the terminology "i get" "i get to have" "I get to eat," where most other bodybuilders/strongmen/athletes on strict diets always use the terminology "have to." Shows how much this man loves to eat and loves what he does.

Mad respect to you Mr. Shaw!

Aragorn: you already had breakfast

Brian: yes, and I am GOING to have second breakfast

Goes out to eat & still has to do dishes…….this is dedication 💯

"You look like linebackers", average linebacker weight 240lbs., average offensive linemen weight 315lbs., Brian Shaw weight 400lbs+.

I understand the prepared meals shipped to you but nothing motivates me more in the kitchen than also seeing the pro people actually cooking like a normal person. Makes it feel way more obtainable for the normal person.

Brian back at it with the “my portion size of fries is the whole bag” again 😂

2:30 OG’s remember back when it was just Ribeye and Rice for pretty much every meal.

Brian has everything a pro armwrestler dreams of having, genetically gifted, high IQ/extremely smart, extremely humble, extreme will power and resolve, extremely dedicated and perfectionist, extremely persistent, extremely competitive, the money to dedicate full time to the sport and the gym and facilities AND support of a wonderful wife, YOU HAVE IT ALL, WAR BRIAN SHAW, you got this, stick to it whatever happens.

I'm not sure if Mr. Shaw would end up reading this, but I'd still go ahead and express my boundless admiration on how dedicated this gentleman is. You're such a big, big, big inspiration , Mr . Shaw!

RIP All armwrestlers 💀

11:03 “Able to live normal life” as the doorway he’s walking towards is a whole foot shorter than him

We are rooting for you Brian!!

I'm 42 years old and have been a arm wrestling and strong man fan all my life and I am so excited about you competing in arm wrestling. You have a fan here.

Holy cow. How cool. We have come full circle for me and your channel. I originally came to your channel somehow via your full day of eating videos a long time ago. Very cool to now see it in the context of arm wrestling. Very excited for your match!

brian is legitimately the most genuine, chill fitness influencer I've ever seen besides Sam Sulek.

Love ur dedication man, very humble guy 👌🏻

21:57 heart breaking 😢
