The deaths of Remus and Sirius were the most heartbreaking. They were like father figures to Harry. And both of them were so likable.

Lupin is more of an uncle to Harry than Vernon ever was.

David Thewlis was perfect as Lupin.

He’s the best DATDA teacher and he’s not just the best teacher but also one of the best characters

Lupin helped Harry more than his aunt, uncle, and cousin, combined.

Movies cut out a lot of Lupin... He deserved better in everything, as a chaarcter and in his representation in the movies (about screentime, the actor was good) :(

20:18 “I WOULD’VE DIED! I would’ve died, rather than betray my friends!” (Sirius Black)

No wonder James and Lilly made Sirius Harry’s godfather, because he was more than ready to sacrifice his life for them.

I must say that Lupin was probably the best DADA teacher. Thewlis played the role perfectly.

After watching HP for years, I only now realised when Lupin stepped in front of Harry and the dementor, and the boggart turned into a full moon, it was Lupin’s biggest fear as he was a werewolf!
