Claude has become the most used tool at Reseller 2.0, and this video is a guide to properly installing it and then applying it to a Vinted business, with Gaspard detailing his use cases. We spent several months testing the AI ​​for our 600 members, with a simple goal: to delegate what eats up your evenings—photos, listings, price research, accounting—and reduce your workload by a factor of four.

We start with three basic settings. Open your Claude account as a personal account rather than a business account, so you don't lose your data if your organization shuts down. Create a dedicated project where you describe your business, your niches, and your buying and selling prices—otherwise, Claude forgets everything with each interaction. And choose the right template from Sonnet, Opus, Fable, and Haiku to avoid using up your credits: the €20 per month subscription is sufficient if used correctly.

Then there are the practical examples. Pricing analysis, where AI is truly useful: it cross-references your recent sales, delivery times, and the market to generate a price a human couldn't calculate—Tony and Marine sold an NFL jersey for €80 that they would have priced at €25 or €30. Publishing listings with Claude Cowork, which navigates your Vinted account, builds playbooks by product type, and prepares your drafts with the SKU in the title. Accounting connected to Vinted, by item, size, or color. And the analysis of documents, like the fifteen pages of shipping invoices that Gaspard has scrutinized to determine the actual cost per package.
