Great video. I haven't seen a YT video at this level of expertise in regards to the 4th gen Siennas. Really looking forward to the follow ups as the build progresses.

Another option for dealing with the trolleys: i made a 6" high platform for my chest fridge, and attached it to the passenger side trolleys. Shoe or pantry can storage underneath. Slide fridge fwd for max space, or a few " back for a taller passenger. Other side has a tall cabinet anchored to the trolleys for lfp battery, power system + other storage (not moveable)

Maybe consider keeping the insulation and using the existing bolts from the outter seat rails to hold down the plywood.

Excellent video!

Seems like the bolt holes should be sealed.

awesome thing about sienna 4th gen is their 1500 watt charger instead of relying on the 800 watt ecoflow.

You should state the year and generation of Sienna that you are working on. That's a lot of work for just a few inches.   I have a 2017 Gen 3 Sienna and built my bed over the existing seat rails at a height that I can sit upright on.  The rails and the third row U points that you ground off, are my anchor points for my build.  I know this will look amazing, as I've seen the quality of your prior builds, but I like that I can easily reverse everything on mine, put the seats back in, and sell or trade in the vehicle.  Looking forward to seeing the custom cabinetry though, cos while mine is functional, yours sure looks nicer.

Talked me into a chevy express

thank you for the video. I am not sure I would have the courage to have you take it that far past being able to put it back together to sell at some point. I tried to reach out on your website but it requires answers to more questions than I have answer to at this point. I saw one of your Toyota Sienna vans almost exactly as I would want mine but I have no idea what price range it was, which is one of the required questions on your website. Therefore I cannot complete your form to initiate a conversation with you. But thanks for the videos I appreciate them.

I learned a lot from this video and really appreciate the editing that cut out the parts I usually have to skip over in most how-to vids. I do have a question that is very general but I think a lot of people would appreciate your thoughts: If you were advising someone on a tight budget shopping for a minivan to convert, are the Chrysler models so unreliable that you'd never go there? My house cost less than the Sienna in this video. Thank you again for the fat-free production.

Gotta say, I disagree with a lot of what's being done here. The worst offense is the self-tapping screws to hold down the plywood - that is just asking for leaks and rust in the future, and with that plywood glued to the floor it will be a mess and a half to fix

How much does it cost to build out a van?

I was very surprised that you glued the floor over the access hole to the in-tank fule pump (and possibly the pressure regulator). When it requires replacement, the job will now require dropping the tank, a labor intensive task.

Excellent video. I am thinking about having you guys build mine. Where are you guys located? east coast? west coast? midwest? thx!

We do not have any tools or such skills. Will an auto mechanic remove the second row (and tackle the seatbelt warning sign)？

Hate to have a fuel pump or sending unit go out and the only top access is glue and screwed down. Couldn't you have an access panel to retain access? Your future self, in a parking lot broken down due to a bad fuel pump, will thank you so that you don't have to drop the tank.

Did you remove the 3rd row seats? ....Or just fold into the floor. Didn't see in video.

i wish you'd stop saying "T-ota" it's "TOY-ota" my guy
