Norway is considered one of the happiest and richest countries in the world.
High salaries. A strong social system. Peace. Security.
But what is it really like?
In this episode, we speak with someone who lived in Norway for 25 years. This isn't a tourist's perspective or a story of first impressions. This is an experience of living within the system—with its advantages, limitations, and internal contradictions.
We discuss:
— Has Norway changed over the past 25 years?
— Is it really easy to earn money here?
— Attitudes toward migrants then and now
— What lies behind the idea of "equality"?
— Work-life balance—reality or a beautiful concept?
— Loneliness in a rich country
— What inspires and what disappoints?
This is a conversation without rose-colored glasses—honestly, calmly, and without extremes.
Not to praise or criticize, but to understand.
If you live in Norway, are planning a move, or are simply interested in Scandinavia, this episode will give you an inside look.
At the end, a personal answer to the main question: is Norway worth the wait?
