I can say I was drawn to Islam as a Christian in Sudan mainly because of the brotherhood and the hospitality shown by my neighbors. I even converted and thought this is the truth. But immediately the Peace I experienced from my child hood after I accepted Jesus as my Savior just left me. I was in depression and like always feeling that I'm not enough for the love of God. I returned to my own country and repented and gave my life back to Jesus. The peace that surpassed anything in this world returned to me. From then staying faithful to my Lord God Jesus, the Love of my life

As an ex Muslim, this is really the raw truth about what I was taught. I am from the northern part of Nigeria and I was heavily taught politics through Islam, it was more about politics and indoctrination rather than spirituality, everything done is “what we are told to do” you literally can’t think for yourself 😅.

I grew up Christian and still am. I work with Muslims daily at my job and my next door neighbors are Muslim. I've NEVER heard or seen anything from them that would change my mind about my salvation!

I’m an ex muslim malay girl..i grew up religiously as a muslim I finished and memorised the quran since i was young..but i’ve never felt whole or peace..everything i’ve done as a muslim was purely out of fear God will punish me if i do or i dont do..and i believe it was the one and only religion that will bring me to heaven..but since young i doubt alot of islam and muhammad’s teaching..i felt alot of thing was kinda off but we weren’t allowed to ask questions more than that is beyond what the ustaz and ustazah taught..as i grew older i try to learn more about the origin of islam, which lead me to Jesus Christ..knowing Jesus was the most amazing thing happened to me..everything else made so much sense..everything that I’ve questioned my whole life i find out He was the answer to everything..I can never turn back Yeshua is the way the truth and the life..i can only see my Father through Him❤

Brave dude. I’m a coward. Always been a Christian but always been very scared of the trials that expressing faith brings with it. Thank you for setting a good example.

I was an EX-Muslim, I was burial alive after my father found out that, I go to church, I pray as Christian not a Muslim, I read the Bible not Quan.
My father is an Imam. Leaving Islam is really hell, but I found peace in the hell, I found Jesus, my life is at risk they are still looking for me,
I was born and grew up in Islamic, I never believed in Jesus, I only know that Isa was a prophet, a messenger of God, I grew up knowing that Christian are treated to Islamic, they are treated to Muslim, until the day a female Muslim friend that secretly with joke tell me about JESUS, she asked one question If Isa was sinless why can't you follow Him, that word was heavy in my heart, I shout at her, I cut ties with her, I reported her to Imam, that night I couldn't sleep, I keep hearing her voice If Isa was sinless why can't you follow Him, then I said, Isa if truly you are Jesus have mercy on me, after that prayer I cried because I know that everything that I was doing then it was a sin, right from that day I promise to follow Jesus.
