Just so you guys know . . . XG never takes shots at other artists or groups. Almost every mv production pays homage to classic 90s-00s r&b & hip hop artists. In Gala, they even reference Styx. Their group is grounded in, has great respect for, and frequently pays homage to the greats. XG will talk their ish about haters, but they keep everything respectable. Their goal has always been to earn respect for their skills, not rely on hypersexualized content and other click-bait tricks.

Y'all about to have fun with this group right here. I grew up on hip-hop and R&B. I'm a 52 y/o black man whose favorite rappers are Nas and Rakim. Onyx and Wu-Tang litter my playlists alongside Das Efx and all the great. I have New Edition on repeat, but these girls here take the all time greatest top spot. They made me love music again.
