Rapsody did not write Jurins lyrics only her own, she already confirmed that on twitter. Jurin and Lyricks (Vox) is credited as the writers.

This is what Rapsody said about Jurin:

"I was truly amazed by JURIN’s sharp lyrics & powerful performance.
Even though English isn’t her native language, the way she can express herself like that is something I deeply respect. I felt that she’s a real MC and it was such a joy to share the mic with her"

Rapsody went on social media to say she didn't write anything for Jurin😂 Jurin got writing credits. Did you ever check the Tapes? Where the girls rap by themselves? Rapsody, Erykah Badu, Common when he had sense😂 Tribe. Yeah a lot of alphaz know what's up. You'll give XG their flowers eventually because they keep getting better. Dope reaction🤣🐺🛸👽🖖🏻

Nah rapsody has stated jurin had pen to paper and she was impressed with her command of a language that even her native one

You guys gotta give Jurin her cred  . ..

I'm taking the fact that you guys think Rapsody wrote the whole song as a huge compliment to Jurin and Lyricks. They tag teamed Jurin's part if we're following the writing credits and Rapsody's interview she did. I'm just so proud of Jurin being able to keep up with Rapsody. This felt like a true collaboration. This wasn't just a fly-in verse from a huge feature, the back and forth they did was so silky. It reminded me a lot of one of my favorite songs from back in the day of Rapsody's with Mac Miller called Extra Extra

JURIN wrote her own , she killed it, Rapsody blew up

Nah y’all gotta be trolling, it takes literally seconds to look at the writing credits. I understand why some ALPHAZ get a little upset with y’all. Give credit where credit is due. And like come on, yall don’t even know XG that much and for yall to say stuff based on how Jurin looks she can’t be rapping like that. Anyway Rapsody herself came out and said she didn’t write Jurin’s lyrics.

Rapsody is so amazing with Jurin in this track. I appreciate you guys reacting to XG. I know you guys were debating that rapsody wrote the whole thing. But pls go ahead check the writing credits on this song. LFG XG!!

for me  Simon is a genius. He changed his marketing strategy for the group. Initially, we thought XGALAX was trying to boost the girls' popularity, but now the agency is trying to establish their credibility as artists in the public eye. This is what's lacking in the Asian music industry in general; artists are often seen as mere puppets, designed solely to make money. But XG is different. Seeing creators questioning their credibility as artists, and some beginning to understand that this isn't K-pop, marks the beginning of this strategic shift. And don't be surprised if, in a few years, these girls perform at the Super Bowl halftime show. This is just the beginning.

XG is Japanese global girl group and signed to a Japanese company (AVEX which owns XG's independently run label XGALX). So technically they're J-Pop but because XG is doing all their songs in English and the fact they can do pretty much every music genre (rap, rnb, pop, edm, garage etc) they call themselves X-Pop to not let themselves get boxed in. Think of it as New Jack Swing or Crunk which have distinct sounds but with X-Pop you get so many different genres from XG that makes you feel like you're back in the 90s or early 2000s because that's most of the music they grew up on and are fans of even though they were all born between 2002-2005 and raised in Japan. These are some of their favorite artists: TLC, Destiny's Child, Aaliyah, Tamia, Michael and Janet Jackson, Madonna, Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu (she's a big XG fan) Keyshia Cole, Mary J Blige, Lil Kim, Marques Houston and Boyz II Men

Hey man, just because you can't do what she does don't mean Jurin didn't write her lyrics 😂 (She got lyric credits)

rapsody is one of the legends in the hiphop community! has grammy nominations, worked with jay z label, collabed with kendrick... she's been a top tier lyricist

Rapsody already said that she was impressed by Jurin’s pen.

XG self Idenfies as X Pop, because they cover all genres. Jurin is a big fan of Erykah.
I would just say this is good music. Rapsody gave Jurin her flowers about her pen skills. Being English is Jurin's 3rd language.  The 3 credited are Rapsody, Jurin and Lyricks (Korean-America born and raised in VA now out of NY) Produced by JAKOPS (Japanese/Korean American from WA) and Chancellor (Korean American from LA)
Side Note: XG songs Shooting Star was born out of GA studio.

Jurin has credits in writing her own lyrics and xg is coming out with a  album soon. And jurin album drops January. Plus Rapsody is who inspires Jurin that's her idol. Yeah I say she had some input, but you have be able to deliver it.

Rapsody Collabed in the Melodic Rap category with Eryka Badu and Won a Grammy last year. She has been nominated for several others before that. Rapsody said she was impressed by Jurin’s pen. Rapsody did not write all the lyrics. Credits for writing are to Rapsody, Jurin, and Lyricks, who is a Korean American from NYC who is a rapper.

Jurin is different..she mophed into east coast 90s hip hop with this. crazy for a woman as english as her third language...Jurin has writing credit and sure Rapsody did the heavy lifting but she is on the come up and she wants it

First of all thx for the reaction. But when you have  question during the debate, one simply Google may solve it， in stead of just assuming.

元々XGファンで今回のコラボでRapsodyを知りました！賛否両論はあるけど、同年代の日本人が議論の的になっていることが嬉しいです🔥

They ATE🔥
I'm very proud of my mom🤍👽🦋
PS118 was written by Jurin, Rapsody and Lyricks🙌🙇‍♂️
