Spenser's eulogy at Diana's funeral made a strong impact. Even then, I thought he is forgetting the brutish way he acted towards Victoria as well as how he used his wealth and aristocratic weight to the point if fourcing the divorce not to happen in the UK. Victoria was a frail woman, battling addictions. Spenser used it against her. I remember Victoria was approached at a super market by one of his mistresses who told her Spenser's plans to annihilate her.
