Yep! Happened to me! Had mittens as a puppy, my mom got rid of her. Years later my neighbor adopted a dog that looked IDENTICAL to my puppy. One day my neighbor walked over to our house and Dawg came to, but Dawg never went home with her, she flat refused. So she let me keep her. We got old pictures out of Mittens and she had the same ears, same markings down to the feet and the tip of her tail.
Because of my dog story this song means so much to me. DAWG used to even walk me to church every Sunday and sat at the door and waited for me. She also would not allow me to walk on the street, she always pushed me into the grass. I will always remember these fabulous memories of my best friend because of Taylor ❤️
