I worked in a Chrysler - Plymouth dealer a couple years after this car was built as the shop 'gopher' and clean-up kid.  One of my tasks was delivery prep and one of the tasks was to place one of those tiny touch-up paint bottles in the glovebox with the owner's manual and service record register.

I had my hands in this car a little after it’s build.  Pretty clean.

come on uncle doug gym shoes in the shop? tell mark you need a raise

WOW with all the one of a kind AND RARE cars, you boys must be billionaires by now!!!!!!!!!!!

The car came out beautiful,  it looks like an aircraft with wheels.   I'm also glad you polished the slot mags and put them back on.  😎👍❤️

Beautiful car my favourite American one is the orange roadrunner , im in Australia and the next best thing from Chrysler was the orange 6 pack RT 265 hemi charger  running a straight 6 hemi  with tripple webbers and it blew the V8s off the road , they my 2 best cars 😊

Back in the day. Both my Challengrs , I installedCragar SS wheels. My Roadrunner, I left the Rallie wheels.

LOL.  My dad worked as a Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth mechanic from the 50's up to 1992.  When I cleaned out his home shop there must have been about a hundred of the touchup paint bottles from the 60's and 70's.  One thing he gave me as a kid were the show room models of the Cuda's and such.  Sure wish I had them now.

I had Osgood-Shlatter disease as a kid, too!

I gotta call you out bud. "When I was really young" @2:43 Bro, ya got the winged collar, and a Puka shell necklace. That was the bling of going out Friday nights cruising for the mother of your future children 🤣👍  I'm laughing because that's going to stick out like a flashing light instantly to all who "were there".
Mopar Wings always catch my attention. Posted it before about a buddies mom who picked us up at the bus stop sometimes. We sat on the truck and hung over the wing and when she stopped at your road you hopped off and on they went. Pointy nose like a doorstop and a badge that said Hemi which would become Legend. ~ Great times.

It looked like the headlights were a little stiff.

Didn’t we see this build in another episode? 🤔

I want a super bird with a slush box ..😂 criminal..

I love graveyard cars hey Mark I raced the 440 tri power GTX back in 1988 with a 5 L Capri 373 in gear and a true dual exhaust H pipe… and that 210 hp engine beat that car by three car links twice…
The supercar of the 60s were not as impressive as we thought they were,
I also beat this man with an old black pickup and a 1967 Delmont 88 California Highway Patrol 425 Oldsmobile. , 385 hp 535 torque,
And that was before the cylinder heads were done anyway…. The Chrysler were great cars, but there were a lot of great cars in the 60s.

❤❤❤❤❤❤😊

1980s New Bedford Mass. I helped a guy remove the “wing” from his Superbird. It was too “cop baiting” for him!

I'd almost want it like it is.  However, because of the significance and rarity, it almost needs to be restored. In 84-87, I was a High School student. Our parking lot was full of badass muscle cars. A Fairlane Thunder Bolt clone that was bad as f, a black 70 Cuda that was super clean, a full blown Farrah white/blue stripe Cobra ll Pro Street car. Huge tubs, wheelie bars, stroked 351, and several first thru third gen Camaros that were exceptionally nice. Super nice bodies, interiors, and engines, but the underneath was what you'd expect for a 16+ year old car.  I'd like to have one like that now. The paint could even be worse than those cars. All the money could go into upgraded suspension and drivetrain.  I prefer the factory engines, but it takes a lot of money to build a 70s era V-8 to run with modern Mustangs and Camaros. The new cars cannot compare, visually, with the old classics. A 70 Mach l vs a 2020 Mustang?  Not even close. I just couldn't have my badass classic getting blown into the weeds by a new car. A Chevelle with some patina and 600+ hp would surprise some modern cars.

Well…I have the model car🙄
