The “keys to the city” thing comes from back when cities literally had walls built all around them. And if someone did something super good for the city or town. They would literally get the key to the gate so they could come and go as they wished. Now it’s just a sign of commemoration for something they did, I don’t think it actually opens anything anymore

Bebop and rocksteady are easily the best part of this film - just two bros acting like bros, and it’s funny as shit.

The Key to the City symbolizes a city's gratitude and recognition for an individual's outstanding contributions or service

Don you need to react to the 2012 show its goated.

Loved these 2 tmnt movies. The Older movies are a great watch too as well as the newest one.

Stephen Amell was still doing Arrow at that time. This movie came out after four seasons of Arrow. I still can’t believe they added Arrow in this movie. I love this movie so much. “You have failed this city.”

I think the key to the city is a metaphor, meaning certain  places which have  jurisdictions to alot of people is available to the person
