I can´t believe nobody ever thought about a spin-off movie or series about Peter Weyland... Absolutely incredible...

Just give the man a xenomorph, he's earned it, I mean come on, he cured cancer!

I feel like I am aging by watching this. Am I the only one feeling Iike that? Hearing the years go by.

The Alien franchise was quite advanced for it's time. Both in visual effects & lore

As a proper Alien fan that was an outstanding bit of research

This is one of the single greatest lore videos on YouTube. I get chills before I watch it and I watch it often. And it’s not provocative or anything. It’s just, awesome.

Great job on this. The only unbelievable part is that it took until 2056 to invent the power loader which is essentially a forklift. It's hard to believe that the cure for cancer, faster-than-light travel, artificial human skin, and a host of other amazing inventions were all made before they figured out a wearable forklift. Lol. Your channel is awesome, btw. Thanks for all the great content. I'm exploring everything I've missed as I write this. Seriously, you do a fantastic job.

Great to know that 400 years after initial introduction, green text terminals still rule the technology landscape, completely impervious to the millions of innovations that follow.

WY Corp is pretty good to work for. My only complaint is....aaaah!!!....( data missing).....

So far after 6 Alien movies we never got a glimpse of who Yutani is and where her character will rise in the franchise.

This was awesome and exactly what I wanted when I searched Weyland Yutani history. You sir, are a treasure.

In many ways, the fact that Weyland-Yutani retained it's forward momentum instead of stagnating like what happens to most corporations, is pretty amazing.

I feel like this is so well put together that it could be a ingame video you watch in isolation 2 giving you the player more insight into the company

I felt like a colonial marine stumbling upon this information

One of the most amazing storylines of a universe that i would love to see expanded to something greater than starwars ever was and when looked back upon people would say this is what si-fi is all about

This channel makes me feel so good in side, I wish I could find other channels that are so dedicated to stuff that I like

Sometime before 1989, we saw Guy Pearce waiting at a bus stop in Box Hill, at the time he was an actor for the TV series Neighbours. Nice fellow, he waved back to us after we waved to him from our school bus. It's wild he's now become a part of Alien Lore !!

3:29 , the exact moment you know someone turns evil. The slicked back executive hair.

I need to contact corporate security before I get in trouble for watching this!

@XMG3 7 years ago

My video ended at 0:39 because I don't have S2 authorization, I'm trying to contact corporate security for legal prosecution and possible involuntary host for facehugger.
