There’s a side of Walt Disney World that most guests never slow down long enough to see.

Early one morning, I left Disney’s Hollywood Studios and took the walking path toward Disney’s BoardWalk — a quiet, peaceful walkway that a lot of guests may not even realize is there.

No crowds. No rushing. Not much talking, either.

For this video, I wanted to do something a little different. Come along with me and simply enjoy the sights and sounds of Walt Disney World in the morning as we make our way from Hollywood Studios toward the BoardWalk area.

Sometimes the best part of Disney isn't an attraction. Sometimes it's just the walk.

Awesome! I’m saving this video.
The guy with the Occulus is an Imagineer. He can see the proposed layout for that part of the building, see if changes might be needed.

We go to WDW in the summer due to work schedules. The only path I’m taking is the one from CR to MK. Too hot 🥵 for the longer ones.

Not pos if they still use this, but back in the day there was a disney night race that finished near the rear entrance or just inside epcot. Before hitting the boardwalk, im pretty sure they used that pathway youre on.

I have made this exact walk LATE at night drunk with friends returning from HS. It is lovely if you can avoid alligators! They were fairly bold after dark.

It’s a nice walk. We used that path for one of our training runs for the Princess 10k. Those little inclines over by Epcot really helped condition us for race day! 😅

I've walked that path several times from BWV's back when Galaxy's Edge first opened. Wife Unit stayed in bed while I did rope drop to get a Virtual Pass. Now a days we just take the boat and relaxe.

One of my favorite WDW hidden treasures. I knew within seconds at the start of your video what you were going to talk about. So relaxing and so much to see. People get in such a hurry that they bypass these things that allow you to slow down, think and just enjoy the moment.

Yep. This is our standard method to get from BC to HS and back. Always a nice walk especially at the end of our day.

Walked that path many times when we were younger and we didn’t feel like waiting for the boat. We actually were able to beat the boat from the boardwalk to the studios. Loved this video Ickey!

My running route when staying at Boardwalk or Beach Club. Such a lovely route. Coming out of Hollywood Studios, when there is a big line for the boat, it is a relatively short walk even with tired legs

One of my favorite WDW relaxing, peaceful walks for @ least 25 years.
❤ when Studios expanded bus area & added bathrooms.
Only "problem" is temptation to hop on the Skyliner.
I do see joggers & other guests, but NO crowds.
❤ walking around Boardwalk, Swan, & Dolphin too.
