Subbed. Great video. Im a novice when it comes to proper modelling, so these are great to watch.

Amazing work!

I impulse-bought this kit yesterday at my local hobby shop. It was inevitable that I would someday buy it, but it was still an impulse on that particular day.

I don’t have any fingernails left, after watching your some of your very fine PE work, so I think I’ll just build the kit out of the box 😅. It strikes me that if you are ever looking for a new (and much more expensive) hobby, watchmaking is definitely for you! I spent a number of months doing the watchmaking thing a couple of years ago. Then I came back to scale modeling this year after a very, VERY long time away from it, and I swear the watchmaking experience helps with model building. You would be a natural!

I love the PE detailing. You did a lot of work on such a tiny vehicle. I really admire your patience. 🙂

VW had roller wheel for accelerators instead of pedal , but this is what comes with PE.

Hello kitchro!i just have accomplished my trumpeter t90 s mbt.i first was a little intimidated by the parts count.but I gave my very best.after a few pieces assembled the kit smoothly falls together step by step almost From alone.the kit is a delicious pleasure to build.i recommend the kit to every armor modeller who gained some experience before.and I totatally do not regret the purchase.and now he sits big and fat on display as my shelf-queen.with sticky greetings. Your modellmate.christian

You're first to say this, surprisingly. Yes, I don't have moving parts on models. These moving parts are there to give modellers options.

There are plenty of toys around with moving parts.

PS: Very impressively elegant fingernails & smooth hands.
I've never seen such well-kept hands & fingers on a man. Particularly a military modeller.

Super glue ensures some get on my fingers, slightly roughing them up when removing it.

Intricate, precise, how to vid.

Hi KC!, another great video and build my friend! Regarding that pesky seam on the interior, I use stretched sprue from the gate to blend the area out. It would probably be about 0.1mm to 0.2mm to fill, but it will be worth the effort and faster since its just a raised plastic area spot.

A very convincing result as always. Saw the Reddit post and was going to comment but decided to come to Youtube. That rear is so busy and it looks very interesting, and the chipping at the really end looks great. Thanks for sharing mate :)

Many thanks for the review...Though I don't agree at all regarding Tamiya's wheel approach. We live in a very strange time and period. Everyone is trying to "speed paint" their figures, to build things quicker I guess, while manufacturers are complicating things by providing (too) many parts where one would do... And constructing a tyre that will irremediably leave gaps instead of sanding off a small mold line is something that I don't really understand... Very nice model by the way! Happy modelling!

Si un kit necesita tanto trabajo de mejora entonces nunca podrá ser el mejor kit

Hey Falk! I commented on your reddit post with all the kudos and we discussed the seam line on the inner tub halves. The video was great and I think including clips of fiddling with parts is necessary, you've seen the hundreds of reddit threads that begin: "New modeler does anyone else have trouble doing xyz..." I think new modelers need to see that the rest of us struggle to align parts, to fine tune placement, and generally work with some of these kits, too.

Regarding the folded roof on the Schwimmwagen: yes, the old kit was too small by a millimeter or two. It's been some years, but I believe I used epoxy sculpt to flesh out the tarp and give it a little more body.

Fantastic work Sir. As for your dissolved putty issue, have you tried 'Sprue goo'? I think you'll find it works much better than dissolved putty.
