“OW! I went boom again” is the “Trouble with the trolly eh?” Of Spyro 3

Evening lake is the coziest level/home world… the music, sunset colors, the lake, everything in it feels like a dream

One little nod That Spyro 3 does that Spyro 2 didnt do is that if you ever go back to some levels you've beaten before, the NPC that you see in the beginning of the level has a different dialogue, welcoming you back, but still the same bs is happening in their world.

Example: Sunny Villa. The NPC tells you whats going on and who got kidnapped
Re-visited Sunny Villa - Just another Tuesday with these damn Rhynocs. You know how it is, im sure.

Bleeping out dragon in Bianca's textbox caught me off guard and was hilarious

Trivia: the voice actress for Bianca is also the voice for Milhouse from the Simpsons.

I have a theory that the worlds in Midnight Mountain must have been conceptualised during Spyro 1 & 2 days, and put on the back shelf, but were repurposed in Spyro 3. The reason I think this is due to the difference in the enemy design; they are reminiscent of the older games. The enemies we have encountered up until this point were Rhynocs dressed up in the worlds theme but these enemies actually feel like they reside in these worlds.

Spyro 3 was the first Spyro game I owned. Sunrise Springs' theme is etched in my brain. My biggest disappointment with Reignited was seeing how my two favorite NPC characters (Cloudy Spires and Molten Craters) were complete downgrades from the original.

you can have everything, you can say whatever, but you cannot diss the sargent bird theme like that

10:35 "You got these lions wearing togas running the town, which I had thought they were bears for the longest time."

What a silly goose. Togas look nothing like bears!

When playing Spyro 3 as a kid (in German), I always found it pretty random that Sheila, a kangaroo, would live in the alps with a bunch of goats. I am only now realizing that this was an Austria/Australia joke...

What Bentley said translated to dummy:
"Why you greedy, lying, theiving bear!"

The Sorceress doesn't attack Bianca when she defects to the good guys because the Sorceress doesn't see her as threat. She sees her as a brat, an expendable asset no less throwaway than her Rhynocs, and sees her as not strong enough to harm her. And why waste time fighting her when the monster she's about to create will take care of her anyway (or so she thinks).

17:59 di you guys catch the Joke they made with that level ?
the Alps are in Austria
Sheila is a Kangaroo from Australia
there are no Kangaroos in Austria (except maybe in a zoo)

Spyro 3 is my favorite in the entire franchise. There's something about this game that is just pure magic. The soundtrack, the art direction, the colors, the levels, the characters. I love this game. Helps that it's also the first Spyro game I ever played.

"The fodder dying sounds like an old man being pushed" ROFL

Honestly - this is my favourite game ever and I have replayed it countless times. In my eyes - it’s as close to perfection as a video game could possibly get.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought the NPC designs were downgraded in Reignited

tbf, Buzz was one of the scariest boss for me when I was young, like, the music and his appearance mixed together caused this strange feeling of danger, of course he's not the scariest since Scorch is in this game and that music alone was horrible to hear back in the day, like, imagine you being 4 years old listening to that song when a giant flying boss with that face is trying to kill you.

I think Spyro 3 has the scariest bosses in the trilogy since 1 n' 2 they are just....random monsters, but in Spyro 3 they really nailed how to create something scare and challenging at the same time
