It is pronounced DARBYSHEER and I should know because I live there and found the mispronunciation annoying. There is also hopping instead of hoping and reed not red and how could anyone paint her portrait if she wasn't there to sit for it? Also it is not Montgrave but Mon ta gue. AI is spoiling good stories.

Please pronounce the words correctly.... it's not Mont-grave.... it's Mont- te- gue.....Didn't anyone read Romeo and Juliet??? I hate the way AI ruins names and certain other words... like hoping is not hopping. There are no bunnies in the story, so get it right!!! Why is there a picture of a newborn?

Enjoyed this story very much. It's  sad the way people waste so many of their years without realizing what they had. So glad the Duke got his head straight before it was too late. Finally an ending that completes the story. I really enjoyed the ending and the birth of a child. The only complaint, besides the horrid A I , is too many daughters. Only males could inherit. Daughters were married off often against their will with no choice. The wife doomed  to pregnancy until an heir was produced. Good story with excellent ending.❤❤❤
