I was completely amazed by your tomato harvest, such an incredible variety of shapes, sizes, and colors! You are so lucky to have such a bountiful garden, and it’s so sweet and generous of you to share your harvest with others. Your home is like a peaceful, harmonic dream surrounded by this gorgeous explosion of color that shows just how much love and care you put into it.
Watching you prepare all those different winter sauces was such a joy. The basil version is definitely one of my absolute favorites! Your video actually came at the perfect time for me. Every year, my parents make our annual batch of tomato sauce. We buy our tomatoes, usually around 70-80 kg! In fact, my mom already made 30 kg this week, and next week I’m going to help them out. It will be my very first time learning the whole process from my mom, but thanks to your detailed video, I feel like I’m going in fully prepared, I might even show off a few tricks I learned from you! 😄
By the way, my mom always adds roasted red peppers (baked in the oven first) to some of her sauces, and they turn out delicious! But inspired by you, I am definitely making sure we add fresh basil to a few jars this year.
On a lighter note, Tina’s sleeping pose made me laugh out loud, sleeping with her legs straight up in the air was so hilarious and typical! And the kittens have grown so much, their playtime is getting more energetic by the day! 🐾
