I’ve been living alternatively since 2014, living mostly off grid. this chapter of solo female van life in the UK has been one of the most grounding, challenging, and eye-opening experiences yet.

OMG you are wonderful!! So natural and unfiltered. I'm a fellow solo female vanner...sold everything in the financial crisis 3yrs ago and moved into Vera, my jumbo transit self build, with Moo my dog. I'm 58 now and was able to give up work. Only have a little pension to live on but am rich in time and experiences. Dont worry about folk thinking you're weird. They're just distracting themselves from looking at their own issues. Anyway, weird, in my world, is a compliment!!
Keep being exactly who you are, lovely hooman! ❤

Just came across your channel and it's so refreshing to watch real raw content, I personally like the walks in nature and some cooking ideas, it would be interesting to see how you go about repairs and general van maintenance, I love the fact you can speak about your anxiety and overthinking things, I can relate so much to this but tend to find it difficult to talk about in the way you can so well done there, I find if people like you they will watch you, content doesn't need to be anything special if you are liked and being honest you came across ass a very likeable person, I believe this is down to you just being you and with no frills, real raw content and being down to earth wins for me all day everyday, by the way your set up is lovely and really homely.and welcoming on the eye.

Hey really enjoyed this, very honest feel about it unlike lots of other videos I see both from a narrowboat and vanlife perspective. I would say keep going and try and work on your overthinking and confidence. I say that as someone who has struggled with both but found a more mindful approach really worked for me. You have a really natural style that comes across as authentic and genuine which I think are really positive assets. I would like to see you do more videos and would certainly watch them

I am autistic and the anxiety you describe about going into a new space and talking to new people feels VERY relatable. In fact this is one of the main things I think I would find hard about van life. Staying in one place lets me slowly build my familiarity and grow my comfort zone.
