Let this sink in: IF she is to be believed (I don't believe her!) she is a police officer who swears out warrants, testifies against defendants, charges suspects and puts them in jail, carries A GUN, etc. YET she "develops false memories" and she does not know what "sequester" means.
Sounds legit.
It was really brilliant of the defense to call her to testify. Her taking her statement back is such a good example of the corruption there.

She is caught left to right. Her demeanor is the tell. This is definitely going to put doubt in the Jury's mind. She is covering-up some vital information.

What a brat! I cannot believe this witness is responsible for upholding the law, to serve and protect the public? She serves only to protect and serve herself and her agenda. What a narcissist. Why am I here? Why wasn't I interviewed before? Sulking. Tutting. Rolling her eyes - even when aunty Bev corrects her! Who does that??? What am absolute embarrassment to the force. Shame on her.

I saw some legal “experts” yesterday and I watched in Amazement that they actually thought Devers was helpful to the prosecution.??! Anyone with an iota of common sense (such as the jurors) saw a woman lying through her teeth…a woman who had been “spoken to” about “Doing the RIGHT thing…” In my opinion, this miserably unhappy, dishonest,snarky, hopefully soon-to—be-unemployed lunatic just helped Karen Read absolutely be exonerated .
