It’s time for the commonwealth to ask the judge to dismiss this case without prejudice.    If this keeps going , there won’t be anyone left credible in this town .  Well done Defense!

Notice the judge at 2:08:58 right as Alessi is about to bring in the final "nail" of the day regarding the pocket state of the phone. She looks at her watch, followed by a large sigh, and tries to catch Brennan's attention before Alessi asks the question. When she does lock eyes, she makes this weird gesture to her face, he immediately says "Objection" (when Alessi hasn't even asked the question yet!) and she instantly gets this big bizarre smile on her face at the same time he says it, leaps up (still smiling) and says she is calling a 2 minute sidebar, rather than just ruling on the objection. This kind of thing has been going on this entire trial! What is the deal with this judge... and this city?? Im a lawyer and in a past job an expert witness actually got so panicked on cross-examination he had a physical panic attack and had to be carried out of court. I imagine he felt something similar to this guy 😂
