To me, telling a man to "pay for the bill" is no different from telling a woman to "make a sandwich".  It's nice when they do it, but when you say it's their "job", it stops being a sweet gesture and turns into a tedious chore.

My last girlfriend left me after major surgery. No reason given just said sorry and never talk to me again. I have been SA'd twice in my life by women.... Do I hate women? No. Do I dislike those women and what they did  In particularly? Yes

"It's not the circumstances of one's birth that determines your worth, but what you do with the gift of life that defines you" - Mewto
This applies to everyone.

It's mindsets like those men hating women that makes us guys (myself included) a little hesitant about trying to date women. Like, some guys didn't do anything wrong but we're just automatically hated because of our gender.

They sound like how the KKK talked about black people.

So one very specific note. The study about the “20% men leave their terminally ill partners” is not a very researched subject. It comes from a singular, 500 person study from 2008. This topic is severely lacking in research, and honestly if it’s being referenced so much it needs to be expanded upon. The second issue, these are terminal illnesses we are talking about. That is a hard ask regardless of gender, and the study itself actually references a sentiment common amongst both genders, “It just doesn’t feel like they’re the same person anymore.” It’s not easy, and while I won’t agree nor condone it, it’s understandable why people would do it.

Important to note about the percentage of people who leave their lovers when they have mental illness. That study was actually recanted by the very people who performed it. Turns out it's way lower and isn't very different between men and women.

21:40 - Mari, I love you, but even as a woman, I am getting more and more sick of this excuse - "She probably had bad experiences, she probably got cheated on." or my favorite "She has trauma".
AT NO POINT in ANYONE'S lives would we accept a guy saying those things with the excuse "Ah well he probably had bad experiences, he probably got cheated on." Never. We'd tell that guy that he needs to grow up and take responsibility for his own actions.
There's PLENTY of guys who get some really nasty stuff happening to them from their moms/wives/GFs and not only are they expected not to be bitter about it - but if they are, we immediately go and tell him "That is not okay. Your past history does not excuse your behavior."
But we are SO so so SO happy to just shrug and excuse away a woman's behavior with the same thing? It's infantilizing and holy heck does that REALLY set us women back every single time we reinforce the notion that our actions are not in our control.

Gotta love the purposeful misframing of "20% of men will leave" like the other 80% isn't basically a super majority and is insignificant. It reminds me of some people framing the amount of women experiencing homelessness as so radically high..when it's about 35%, while men make up the other 60% (and other people the rest).

33:33 Not affected? I've been ridiculed and threatened to have police called on me for harassment for offering to reach something on the top shelf for someone in walmart.

Sometimes i think that all the sane people are in the asylum.

Aiming for equality is egalitarianism, feminists used to welcome them as "same path, different means", but these days many feminists (or rather misandrists posing as feminists) tend to view them with hostility...

have these woman ever looked on domestic violenc and divorce statistics between gay, hetero and lesbins relationships? because if they are so much into numbers (the 20% girl) i have some bad news for her

Hi from Germany, your opening makes my day everytime a little bit better😊

28:05 I haven't started dating yet, but I still feel shame for a lot of things that I like and my hobbies when they bother absolutely no one.

In case you're curious, the hobbies are playing minecraft, listening to vocaloid music, and watching Murder Drones.

The funniest part is that these are all Western women. Which means they are part of the group of women that has the benefit of the most rights that women have ever had in human history, and they've decided that because they have the most rights that they have ever had that now is time to end the human race.

Generations of women lobbying and fighting to get them the rights that they have now and they decide yep this is where it all ends

I swear bro, if a woman says that men are bad then lots of people agree but if a man says that women are bad then they’re sexist

We love our Mari! ❤

I really wonder how so many forget sexism goes both ways
