📌 How to Read the Numbers
6,100 Won: An example calculated according to the rate table in Baedal Minjok's official guide (agreement between the delivery platform and the vendor co-prosperity council) (VAT excluded). Assuming Seoul, a high-order store (top tier), an order amount of 25,000 KRW, a delivery fee of 3,400 KRW, and a payment processing fee of 3%. For low-order stores (bottom 20%), the fee is 4,150 KRW under the same conditions.
App commissions of 2.0% to 7.8% are differentiated by store revenue brackets (excluding VAT) and will be applied for three years starting February 26, 2025.
Revenue of 5.283 trillion KRW and operating profit of 592.9 billion KRW are based on Woowa Brothers' 2025 consolidated figures.
The 3-year total of 1.4399 trillion KRW = 2023 dividends 412.7 billion KRW + 2024 treasury stock 537.2 billion KRW + 2025 treasury stock 490 billion KRW. The daily figure of 1.3 billion KRW is the total divided by 1,095 days.
Dual pricing: 20 out of 29 franchise brands surveyed. Results do not apply to all stores.
Lines on the map represent ownership relationships and do not represent actual remittance amounts by country.
Uber's acquisition of Delivery Hero is pending (tender offer period: Aug. 27–November 5, 2026; merger approval procedures remain in multiple countries).
