Superb production quality. For my personal taste its too much cuts. Information is high class as expected from you guys. Whatever feeds Al Gores Rhythm will get my upvote.
This is now the fundamental tutorial for Front Squats on YT, great job lads! On a side note, what is your take on doing waves or a series of attacks for the front squat? I was brought in weightlifting in a somewhat Bulgarian approach and it is similar to the Kazhak method of doing waves around 85-95% of 1RM for 1–2 reps pet set (ex: [2@140 ; 2@145 ; 1@150] x3). I swear by that approach, so please id be curious to know your take on this.
Having just got back to doing front squats (literally did my first session today) this video would not have come at a better time. There's a bunch of advice here that is going to help a tonne if i implement it. Thank you lads.
Thank you sir, for such comprehensive coverage of an issue most of us have very little knowledge about. I injured my shoulders twenty five years ago and have had limited mobility since. Even unable to do a back squat. I see really helpful hints here which should come in really useful. Would really appreciate a short video on improving shoulder mobility too. Thank you once again
