How did this one end up longer than the first

anyway i cannot believe the original video is sitting at one million views what the sigma. can we do that for this one too haha. seriously though thanks for the support. i love kris and it really irritates me when people try to push them aside as a self-insert, and i'm very happy that my first video helped drive away that idea somehow. chapter 5 has plenty of these moments too, so a new video is in order

Making a pinned comment with corrections and stuff I missed like last time (hopefully this time it will be shorter)

- If Kris reaches the school with the HoneyToast still in their inventory, it mysteriously disappears. Who knows where it could have gone.

- Mistake in the Egg Room part. I meant to say 3rd person, not 2nd.

- After leaving the Dark World, checking the phone will show a bunch of missed calls. Checking it again will have Kris look at the back of the phone instead of the screen.

(btw if someone knows how to fix reverb issues in OBS let me know. it's not having a second mic or desktop being recorded, I already checked that as it is the only solution I found online)

If you choose to have Kris tell Toriel that they slept “fine and dandy”, they say it sarcastically, and Toriel calls them on it.

19:50 what so crazy is that this is after the trauma of almost drowning with Noelle, you'd think kris would be terrified of water and yet kris willingly threw themselves in a big body of water again rather than to hurt susie

I fucking love you kris you funny as hell i ain't even care you working with the knight

I think when you abort the weird route, that first time Kris collapses is partially from shock. For the soul to go so far across the line, torment Noelle at every opportunity, only to just... change its mind. You'd be relieved but so fucking confused.

17:04 Possession-drained Kris cuddling with Susie and calling her a big pillow, knowing full well that they've already broken Noelle and are about to break her, too. What the fuck Toby

I imagine if chapter 6 really has susie bring noelle to the dark world, kris'll probably have a ton of "slurring words" or "talking too fast to be preceived" types of dialog and avoidant head turns

15:00 DUDE THE WHIPLASH OF PAUSING TO READ THE EMOTIONAL TEXT AND THEN BEING SHOWN THE NOELLE ANIMATION KILLED ME

Kris also pets KawKaw during the hoop act, which checks out, given their only other act in the platform sections besides wardrobes is to pet a KawKaw.

You missed one. In the end of Chapter 5 if you try to look at your phone in the light world, you get the dialogue, "It looks like you have a number of missed calls." And if you try to use the phone again, Kris looks at the back of the phone. No hate, I just don't think many people have talked about it.

2:19 kris eats the toast if you go to school with the toast still in your inventory they are so adodable

3:14 this is an erroneous citation, as it is one of the rare circumstances where our and Kris's intentions align for 0.1 second

Something else I've heard is that Kris might intentionally be going really slow on ripping up the code. They pick up the seeds first, even though they know the code is in there, and they take a really long time to actually start tearing.

"We have complete control over Kris! They have to rip us out to do anything on their own"

What I find interesting about the Shelter Code at the end is, yes, they do try to tear it up.
But the text crawl indicates they're doing it as slowly as they think they can get away with.

It feels more like they want Susie to have it, but couldn't just ignore it because someone else was watching them.

6:05 “‘Noel Hollyday. Kris Dreamur’ I’ll put those names down, too. I still think they deserve to win…”

Not sure if someone already pointed this out but if you gave susie the plushie back in chapter 2, when interacting with it on Susie’s room, after Susie yeets both the plushie and Ralsei out of the boundaries of the room, Kris makes a “me next?” Expression
