What an amazing trip this turned out to be I've never found so much jewellery on one metal detecting trip before.
Just so you know I'm looking into the watch see so I'll update when I know more.

If in fact the watch is real, it is made of 18k white gold. Sand really scratches it up. I cried when he kept rubbing the sand accross the crystal and the sides.

I like your attitude. Dig everything, you never know what could be stacked.

Nice find , my watch find of a lifetime is a 1990’s Rolex Daytona 18k , was found on a beach as well in an old volleyball sand court

Was enjoying the walk with you. Bird footprints so cute. Then that watch - Holy Moly! ⌚

Neat story about the old guy who did some of the earliest metal detecting on those beaches.

Isn't it astounding that someone you don't know won't give you their money or jewelry, but despite warnings and common sense, they will give it to the sea (or beach)?

Strange how on every other one you dug it up with the scoop. But on this one you got on your knees and carefully dug. Hmmmmm

Sand scoop hack; ziptie a speaker magnet or ring ND magnet into the end of your sand scoop to trap iron pieces.
