It took 8 years to Nirbhaya to get justice.. And, this took 15 years.. Such a hopeless Indian judiciary..

So saddening.... how easily these culprits get relief and the poor parents suffer the entire life.... what a mockery of judiciary in India and pakistan

Indian law is weakest, if criminal is accepting his crime then what’s the point of defending and providing bail to him?

it is actually quiet terrifying to see how our society and judicial system immediately jumps to the defence of the criminals.

Very tragic - I can't imagine the grief of the girl's parents - very sad😢

Being a Vasant Kunj resident this incident is horrifically registered in my mind. That time i was working as an intern bartender at a Vasant vihar five star hotel and bars as you know have late night shifts. So i travelled daily late night on my bike on Nelson Mandela road and my father would not sleep untill i had reached home.

By this story i remember an incident these years started working in Noida and this duration 2008-2010 while going back home i had to pass an isolted road by walk so around 9 pm in 2009 i was almost about to reach my society when a white zen car came near to me 4 men sitting one of them asked me: "time kya ho raha hai" mai sunne k lihe paas gayi tabi peeche wale ne bola "andar bitha fatafat... " Mene suna to mai ekdum se door hoke bhaagi bahut tezz apni society ki taraf tab tak guards ne mujhe dekh liya tha and vo car wahan se nikal gayi... That incident still haunts me... From that time i never stayed late in my office and was always cautious to yake direct personal auto to my home and i stopped going via shared autos so that i dont have to cross that isolated road again... Unfortunetely Females in delhi always have to live cautiously 😢

No words to say. Kisi k liye ye bs ek interesting crime case hoga but kisi ki liye unki puri zindagi barbad ho gai

Actually there is no Satan or evil but Humans are, monsters among man😡

Literally your story narration is awesome. Keep going man👌🏼

Nelson Mandela road area has Jnu, Immunology Institute, Iimc, Ministry of EA office...Even IIT Delhi is nearby! How crazy that the road was so damn unsafe.I have lived there from 2012 to 2015. It was always risky to go out at night. Even coming back from late evening movies with friends was super scary. Some of us were walking back to towards the hostel and random cars would stalk us. Delhi was never safe at night. Authorities hardly tried to fix the problem even after the Nirbhaya incident in Munirka.

Not in the "Rarest of rare"has become the norm in judicial convictions, this is the saddest reality.

This case shook my family especially because our families knew each other through Vasant Kunj Malayali Associations. This was just very unfortunate. Everyone was in such a shock. My parents didnt let me go out alone for like 5 years after this.

I am overwhelmed by the way you narrated the story. The way you controlled your voice while narrating the ghastly crimes happening to helpless   victims was unparallel. Keep it up.

Justice delayed is justice denied. Shame on judiciary, police and administration.

35:20 this line just tear apart my heart, poor dad may his sole rest and peace ,also may they both (daughter and father )unite again in the other realm 🤍🤍

Literally got goosebumps and tears at the end of the video. 14 yrs of pain and suffering, justice is served but not the way everyone wants.

The way you spoke about this case and the fear women still live with really touched me deeply—because it reminded me of something that once happened to me in Bangalore. It was broad daylight, around 9 a.m., and I had booked an Ola auto. The number didn’t match in the app, but after several cancellations and because my sister-in-law assured me it’s happened to her before, I got in. She got off after a short distance, but for the rest of the one-hour ride, the driver kept staring at me through the mirror, taking lonely roads I had never seen. My instincts were screaming, but I ignored them, just hoping to reach safely. Thankfully, I did.

Minutes after I got to the office, he called me from a random number, saying disgusting things. My male colleague took the phone and scolded him, but I couldn’t shake off the fear of what could have happened on those empty roads. I realized my first mistake was ignoring the red flag of the mismatched number. Since then, I’ve been extra cautious and tell every woman I know—never, ever ignore those warning signs.

It took 15 years to get justice not to solve the case.

This is not about only woman safety...the man was also killed....organised crime
