If the PL buckles with just a large fine and transfer ban, that will spell the end of the integrity of the league and further lawsuits from every other club. They can't be soft as a matter of survival.

Irrefutable evidence = big bag of cash lmaoo

Why does everyone assume that the High Court will take the case. It really seems like something they wouldn’t want to deal with. It’s private party arbitration, not a court trial.

Manchester City can't be allowed to stay in the Premier League because they could still effect the standings even if they couldn't win the Premier League themselves.

Nothing is going to happen to the Manchester city club and owners.
The power of money is clear

Bro man city must be relegated

With this story and the negreira story too, karma is paying off to me
(After 20years)

This is overblown

I liken it more to college athletics that play players under the table. Those teams are hit by sanctions but are never kicked out of the NCAA.

Michigan, UNLV, SMU, the list goes on. In fact, players, such as chris Webber and Reggie bush, get penalized more than the universities

Is this about the integrity of football or sticking it to Arab owners?

1. Forced sale of club (to remove UAE Nation-State ownership control)
2. Stripped of championships
3. Stripped of trophies
4. Relegated to League 2 (-100 points)
5. 5 year ban from FA Cup
6. 5 year ban from League (Carabao) Cup
7. 5 year ban from UEFA Champions League
8. 5 year ban from UEFA Europa League
9. 5 year ban from UEFA Conference League
10. 5 year ban from UEFA Super Cup
11. $500,000,000 fine
12. $100,000,000 transfer cap for 3 years

How about piercing the veil which is a valid principle of law.....shouldn't that apply here, since the owners, sponsors et al., are all one and the same?

Saying PM is an ally is a strong statement to make as a correspondent.

115 charges found guilty, and he thinks they’re innocent😂😂😂😂

Any pro football player wanting compensation from city is a proper see you next Tuesday!  20 k a week over a million

Innocent until proven guilty
Man City: Hold my 850 million pounds worth of irrefutable evidence

Club is slimy and it’s ridiculous they keep saying “opinion” and that they are innocent.. the investigation has been ongoing for 3 YEARS?! How the hell would it be innocent? Just hush and take the punishment for YOUR actions 😭✌️

Man City's owner thinks he's above rules and law. He might be in the UAE.
But not in UK.

Rui said he will release some new leaks later today..

Punishment first then maybe this irrefutable evidence may appear

I HATE the fact that NOBODY is mentioning or reporting that DESPITE Etihad saying they were never approached by the Premier League, it was NOT the Prem's responsibility to do that to my understanding. It was and is Man City's responsibility, with their irrefutable evidence, to bring Etihad and the relevant "proof" regarding/involving them as part of their defense. Doing it now, after the fact, and then having Etihad threaten legal action to try and spook the Prem into backing down is straight bullying tactics and is BS. They all know they're screwed so they're trying to intimidate to get their way. Etihad and Man City are BOTH owned by the same group in Abu Dhabi that ALL full under the Prince or whatever he is. It's an inside job, and the claims and facts include the repeated SHAM word are ALL valid.

The thing that my screw everything up is the fact that there is blatantly obvious political ties and implications that will turn this whole case into more of a disaster than it already is. All we can do is continue to watch the sh!t show.

Innocent?? Why did staff lie to the panel then? Why did three top UK  QCs find them quilty? Why are they threatening the UK government?? Ahh yes they are innocent.
