Today's video is about an interesting late-autumn mushroom, the purple row mushroom. What it looks like, are there similar species, as well as how to cook and an interesting recipe - in the video.
Warm salad: purple row mushroom - 10 large caps, eggplant - 1 pc, zucchini - 1 pc, bell pepper - 1 pc, garlic - 1 head, salt, pepper, oil for dressing - 2 tbsp, nettle and sesame seeds.
