So many haters in the comments. Instant pot is just a pressure cooker, and chicken from a pressure cooker is hard to beat. Unless you like your chicken dry.

just made these.  Indeed, they are the best I ever had!  So tender.. such a pleasure to eat.  Used the recipe exactly, which is very easy. I used Save A Lot "Hot Wing Sauce".  Used brown sugar.  Butter.  Just as Kristen says, and it was the bomb.

Instapot air fryer comes with with a basket to separate batches

i didnt do your seasoning but tried the pressure cooking part. Works like a charm. Super tender wings. Making chicken wings in a pressure cooker....i would have never thought this works so good.

Used frozen wings(rinse em and the seasoning will stick) with some rub on the outside and did about 13 min and a natural release until the pin dropped.
Finished them on grill.
PERFECTION 👍

I have reduced mobility on my left side and this appliance has been a game changer for me, as I can set the pressure time and just wait for a quick meal without too much standing.

I cooked a half kilo of satay chicken wings this Morning and had them out of the oven before the heat of the day. Delicious and tender - exactly as you promised!

I think the traditional method is superior, sure to heat up that pot of oil does take a bit, but approximately 7 to 11 minutes later depending on the quantity of oil and the wings and the temperature, you can then cut them in your pre-made sauce of 50% hot sauce 50% butter and have perfect wings so much quicker.

As you pressure cook chicken ....the size decreases to a kid size portion wing . Find the biggest chicken you can find for this method in the instapot

I was a insta pot rookie until mimd full moms zuppa Toscana. Incredible flavor. Next time skipping the cream. I tasted it before i added it. One of the best flavors i have ever made. Love the family in this one.

Gonna have to give this  a try.  My current favorite method for wings is to smoke them and then flash fry in deep fryer.
