In this video I'm doing an insane challenge in Fallout New Vegas. I will attempt to beat the game with only having one hp. Meaning I will die to literally any damage source instantly. In addition I will be playing on the hardest difficulty, very hard, and on hardcore mode to make this challenge even more impossible. So can I beat Fallout New Vegas with one hp on the hardest difficulty? Lets find out.
