How much Trash fish can you catch in 24 hours? We went commercial fishing for Bluefish, a highly controversial fish that many consider to be trashy and bad tasting. In reality, Bluefish is a delicious and highly misunderstood fish. Histamine producing fish like Tuna, Mackerel, and Bluefish all run the risk of spoiling very quickly if they are not immediately iced upon catch. It's also important to bleed these fish to make sure the meat is of the upmost quality. If you do these two steps and cook it properly, then Bluefish can be an incredible meal.

The team meeting at the restaurant was great. Seeing the restaurant educate its staff first with Isaac, the with Michael, was educational for me. I liked feeling as if i were sitting in on the meeting.
