People think something like this is so fictional, but this situation is startling similar to Ellen forcing Mariah Carey to reveal her pregnancy by bring out a bottle of champagne and seeing if she would drink or not - then a couple weeks later it turns out to be a miscarriage. Awful situation.

He was so menacing this season yet so vulnerable, dudes a really great actor.

I always end up holding my breath whenever Homelander is on screen and only realize after the fact. He’s genuinely menacing.

Such amazing acting at 2:27 when he threatens her. She's shocked and terrified for a split second but then recovers her icy cool composure immediately afterwards. You really believe that she's been dealing with Homelander for years and years.

Antony Starr deserved ALL the awards for his performances in The Boys. Pure brilliance.

Scissoring each other raw😂😂
I like how homelander can be both funny and intimidating at the same time

1:08 I love how the camera breaks away from the warmth of the tv filter to the cold reality after that revelation

1:17 he should have said the deep 😂

I just want to remind u all that YOU GUYS ARE THE REAL HEROES.

@lizanna6390 2 years ago

Not only forced her to come, out which is disgusting but named her girlfriend which could endanger her.

"Is it really so hard to belive I want you two to be happy?"
I think we all agree this was the easiest "yes" in history

Interviewer : " Are Supervillains real ? "
Homelander : " 100% real "
Interviewer : " What's your proof ? "
Homelander : " You are looking at
one RIGHT NOW "

If this show was actually realistic, everyone would have noticed that she was oustad on live TV against her will.

Seriously the dude playing homelander just fvcking nails it. That guy can go from sweet to psycho in a second.

I don't think people know just how scary it is to come out, let alone have that choice be taken away from you in such a violating manner.

If Homelander cant have Maeve, No one can

@TriasNT 4 years ago

Scariest men can threaten while smiling. Great acting from both parts. =)

0:59 I adore how much Homelander respects Noir. not revealing his ethnicity, keeping it unknown. clearly showing how much he adores him and sees him as a friend. Not once does he show any hostility or disrespect towards the man up until Soldier Boy comes into the picture

Honestly, Homelanders has been manipulated and lied to all his life, so his character makes complete sense to me.

Gotta love the switch they have going between the camers. The warm tone they add to the interview's camera when they make it seem like we are watching it how the viewers of 'The Boys' universe would vs when they do the off-shot that looks somewhat grey tone, like 0:12 with his snide comment. Perfectly sets the mood.
