There is also the fact that, as far as MIL goes, most units are just running through the motions and see very little consequences to their actions. When opfor are instructed to take their hits and die in place but ODA operators are instructed to shrug off hits and keep fighting so they can work through the motions with regard to UTMs, not to mention the entire notion of blank fire being glorified pop guns and falling into a "I killed you! No I killed you!" thing, it's wild. Which is why I think OCs should always be outsourced instead of provided in unit.
