What a terrible dad.  The stealing is bad enough, but trying to pin it all on his daughter makes him disspicital.  Her mom isn't much better by going along with her husband.  She was complicit, but he made the decision to steal the money.

Her mom might receive probation and community service.  But her dad is going to jail due to the amount of the theft.

She's done more than pay everyone back.  She's made a name for herself because of her honesty and integrity.  She was the exact opposite of her dad.
