Second theory is completely false considering that Trevor literally stomped Johnny's brain, which he removes a bit of it on the next cutscene, plus in the GTA Online San Andreas Mercenaries update you can spot Johnny's ghost where he died which means he's canonically dead. The clip shown might be because it's a bug in an older version of the game

Theory number 14 is incorrect, Claude does not get mute cuz he was shot by Catalina. In GTA San which takes place before GTA 3, Claude does not talk and CJ calls him mute. Thus confirming he was Mute even before San Andrease.

The eyes blinking is actually a bug that occurs on any NPC DEAD from a cut sense in V, you can also see brads and Micheal’s eyes do the same thing on prologue after being shot

I actually have a theory regarding Trevor’s father. There’s a side mission in the GTA story mode called Vinewood Souvenirs in which Trevor has to help Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill collect objects from famous actors. Thing is Nigel tells Trevor that he bares a very similar resemblance to Jock Cranley (the man who killed Leonora Johnson and the one who runs for mayor or governor) and thing is that Nigel frequently tells him that he looks like Jock and he doesn’t respond. So what if Trevor is actually Jock’s son?
