With his credit card canceled, Jack Walsh (Robert De Niro) is forced to transport Jonathan Mardukas (Charles Grodin) by bus. The moment they arrive at their destination, the FBI steps in to intercept them, only for the entire operation to be violently ambushed by mob hitmen. It is a calculated showcase of systemic friction and chaotic timing, tracking how three opposing factions turn a public bus station into an immediate battleground.

One day in the middle of a hideous divorce I had to get away from - everything - and popped into a theater to see this movie. It was hilarious. Really did me good.

This is unbelievable! The guys with long guns shoot volume, but don’t hit anything, however they get taken out with short barell hand guns, immediately.

Excellent actors and script and performances. I can't help but notice how many places you could smoke back then, and no one thought anything about it!
