Girl keeping extra food is just common sense especially when you have children. Don't apologize for that

you are definitely one of the healthiest budget cooks I've come across. Great job.

Tip: I take the celery leaves off and put them under the oven light until they are completely dry. I then grind them up and store them in my spice cabinet. The flavor is intense and can be used when you need to make something you typically use celery for and don’t have any.

Did you know you can make cream of wheat, let it cool in the fridge in a loaf pan, take it out and slice it and then flavor it with seasonings (or not) and fry the slices up. If you leave it "plain" you can use the slices like pancakes with butter and syrup. Seasoned you can use them as a side dish with supper or lunch.Same thing with grits or cornmeal(polenta).
Don't worry about having food in the house. I live where we get snow storms and ice storms and its great not panic shopping with everyone else at the store before the storm hits.

Mom life "hey bud, that's a whole pack of eggs, gimme that"!   LOL....adorable.

I have always been excited on grocery shopping day. Seeing how much I can get for the least amount of money is a good feeling.

I would make......a stir fry, fried rice and a potato salad with bacon bits and hard boiled eggs. Love your channel. You have good energy.

LOL - your little person almost made off with those eggs - this is real life people! 😂

The little ‘whatcha makin’ was so cute!! 🥰

I’ve been cooking for years and never thought to add Greek yogurt to eggs. What an awesome idea and I love how fluffy it makes the omelette. Brilliant!

Many of us need food therapy; when it benefits our family it’s not a worry. Your eggs walking away was hilarious; great that you caught it on camera  🤣♥️

There’s plenty of food there💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Once or twice a week, I'll chop up some veggies for the week. I keep chopped onion and bell peppers. Sometimes I'll prep carrots or zucchini, or whatever else I have on hand. I'll do it while I'm watching videos or cooking. Doesn't take a ton of extra time, but definitely helps for adding a bit of this and that to dinners.

You are amazing!!! So creative and always come up with something different you can tell you are a good cook.

I told my husband we need to go grocery shopping but after watching this I definitely think we can probably hold off until the end of the weekend. Good job, very creative. I look forward to more videos like this.

You have enough food for two weeks or more.

Word of advice~ put a few Bay leaves in with open flour  they help keep flour mites away.

You have a lot of food

Very creative meals!  This is a great reminder to shop your pantry and repurpose your leftovers.  Even when times aren't tight, I routinely challenge myself to use what's at hand. Kudos for training the kids to eat such a broad variety of foods and flavors.

Put the cilantro into a cup of water, tent it and put it into the refrigerator. It lasts more than a week. Trim bottom stems after every use.
