"That's gotta fit!" 😂 Such a common thing to say when I'm working on pretty much anything. We'll see how it goes!

Look forward to seeing this build . I’ve tryed a few times to make a kiln and haven’t had much luck . Have fun at Bunyan .

I hope it works for you heath. Its a fun project to play with.

All the carpenters watching are just shaking their heads😂😂😂

Nice looking way to dry the fire 🔥 wood 🪵 Heath

Heath, that side panel wall on your heater box i think you should install couple of barn hinges & a couple latches so you can open it to service the heater .

I built a kiln using a 40' reefer container that uses a Clayton wood burning furnace for the heat source. It has been more challenging than i expected. I am starting a batch of oak this weekend with my new fan setup. Hopefully it does well. I will be very interested to follow your build. I hope it works for you!

Will the foam inside the panel melt?

hi there looking good , but , good start . need a wet bulb dry bulb to check humility to turn fans on and off ,, john

Hulk smash😂😂😂

Measure 3 times, still have to cut twice... sounds like my projects too!

Have you considered using a heat pump to dehumidifier the wood in your klin and it wood be a lot cheaper  to run just a suggestion

I'm pretty creative, but this is your baby. I'm also a cheap tight ass.
So just keep this in mind incase.
Think junk yard & electric radiator fans if you have trouble. They are 12 volt I believe, but design to take atleast 200°F where they sit infront of the engine & behind the radiator on the hot side, where they can draw air through the radiator when the vehicle is still, stopped yet running? Have to be pretty heat resistant?
Just an idea you could investigate if you need. I had the same idea a while back with a block building & wood fired boiler & base board hot water because heat rises & you get more out of it if it is underneath or very near the bottom. I was going to use junk woods & nasty blocks that dont split well with anything or machine to heat it & take some of the pain out of things. I was thinking junk wood to kiln dry premium saw lumber of my own & for a fee & firewood. Was going to get a band mill too,but got interrupted by an accident.

Dang, that light is spendy!! $370, but it looks amazing!

I will look forward to seeing if the amount of money you spend to run the heater will offset the sale price of the wood.

I almost built a kiln here in N.Y.  I enjoy your videos & ideas. I'll send you a gmail voice recording, the typing is just too much.

As a long time fellow DIYer and farm boy to boot, I found myself mentally "yelling" at you with each potential next problem I was seeing as you progressed... 🤔

Lets see how this goes. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

with the cost of diesel these days, I hope you can make your money back
