Just went for 5500 steps, had 3L of water, fasted for 36 hours, AND had 5 grams of creatine. Thanks

I swear anything wrong happening with your body is in some way related to dehydration.

When i fell too hard while on sleep. Hernia happened. Its horrible to live life with this problem. More strength to people who are suffering with spine issues.

I am truly impressed with how the channel uses animation to explain a herniated disc. The personification of body parts (like the thirsty Disc!) is both creative and helps viewers easily visualize the internal process of pain. This is very high-quality health education content and definitely deserves to be seen more widely! Thank you to the team for the effort! ā¤šš”

Lyrics to Scary Hernia song (this took like 2 weeks or so to find out the lyrics please subscribe thx š):
The call me the scary hernia,
I live in your disc.
When your life is sedentary,
And muscles are weak,
Irritating all around me,
I push the sciatic nerve.
And let it go down the leg
To bring the stress and the pain.
Which of the legs will be
The one that gets very stressed?
Maybe right maybe left
Tell me which one will it be.
The call me the scary hernia,
I live in your disc.
When your life is sedentary,
And muscles are weak,
Irritating all around me,
I push the sciatic nerve.
And let it go down the leg
To bring the stress and the pain.
Which of the legs will be
The one that gets very stressed?
Maybe right maybe left
Tell me which one will it be.
